Absolutely Amazing! PFEC Global's Cruise Event was an absolute blast! From the moment we stepped on board, it was non-stop fun and excitement. Terrible experience. Invited for a free consultation with a migration agent on a scheduled appointment only to arrive and be told that they’re on a lunch break. Waited for an hour to meet Grisma, who was uninterested in having a conversation. She either hates or job or her life or maybe both. She sounded like she’d rather be anywhere but at PFEC. I traveled an hour to meet her to seek her expert advice, but she kept replying to me in a passive aggressive and condescending tone. I don’t understand what it was about me she found disgusting. She didn’t want to engage. Grisma, your service is absolutely terrible. Please don’t invite people to insult them. Respect our time like we respect yours.
