Very unpleasant experience with Bina when it comes for refund after completing the course. Tried to contact her more than 10 times and most of the time she is in the meeting, chasing her for the last 2 weeks just for same issue. I mean this is not professional act. At least you guys should consider someone’s valued time like yours. Everyone is busy at work , taking time out of work and calling you again and again is so bad, frustrating. And she never callback, she just listened the whole conversation on IVR. Even though have replied and sent consent form and bank details , her response is null.

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of almighty Allah, I have gotten my Australian visa, and now I am in Australia.
