I just had my student visa granted through PFEC Global in Sydney, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially my consultant Bish (Bishomber Nakarmi), who is simply outstanding. What makes this review even more meaningful is that Bish actually handled my first visa at a different company before joining PFEC Global. When I needed help again, I did not hesitate I followed him to PFEC Global because I trust him completely. That level of trust does not come easily; it is earned through consistent hard work, dedication, and genuine care for the client. Bish is not someone who just does the bare minimum. They work really professionally. I have been with them for couple of years. I did total 4 visa applications with PFEC. This year I did 2 visa applications with PFEC and my counsellor was "Nusrat Islam Maisha" Apu. She really took a great care of my applications. I recently applied for an extension inc my partner and Mehnuka has been absolutely amazing. Out of all the agencies I have spoken to over the years, this was the first time I was being chased to submit documents on time. They will treat your application as their own and will ensure all details are captured. They had my extension approved in a month. I wish Mehnuka and the team all the best.
