TAKE TIME & READ THIS PLEASE !!!!! My journey started with PFEC when I was exploited by an agent due to his lack of work ethics, due diligence, no transparency and ZERO knowledge about his work . I was left with hardly time ( 7 days to be precise ). This is where a friend recommended PFEC and I met a wonderful, knowledgeable and professional Agent named FIZZA. She processed my application, updated my missing documents and got my visa processed/ renewed. It sounds simple but with only 7days in hand to collect the missing documents I do not have, get enrolled and apply for my visa is not walk in the park. I have been with them now for almost 2 years and in those 2 years i renewed my student visa twice, sorted any uni or visa related enquiry and now applying for my TR. If you are looking for an agency with EXPERIENCE, TRANSPARENCY, KNOWLEDGE, EMPATHY & MOST IMPORTANTLY WORK ETHICs. This is the place to go. Currently after the first year, SUNAINA has been dealing and handling all my queries, and during the this time she has always been PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL WITH DEADLINES and always carried out the best WORK ETHICS. These guys are totally unprofessional. They even don’t know about visa subclasses. Once you pay them they start ignoring your calls. I applied my wife’s student dependent visa through them and it’s been more than10 months and she hasn’t got her visa. I went to different migration agent and gave them charge of my file, and they told me your documents have not been submitted properly and lacks in some views. So finally i have to withdraw her application form. I will never recommend them to anyone. They keep on manipulating and contradicting their own statements.
