From processing my student visa extension to my 485 visa application, PFEC and the people I spoke from their office are consistent and excellent with what they do. Though I experience trouble along the way but they were quick to resolved it and the manager even gave me a call for assurance, this is one of a establishing trust with the client and I am pretty happy with the help that I received from them.
