Promise Services completely messed up my 485 visa application, and now my life is in shambles. Seriously, if you're thinking about using them, DON'T. They screwed up my file so badly that my visa was rejected. These guys don't seem to know what they're doing. They were careless, didn't pay attention to the details, and now I'm paying the price. My career is ruined because of their incompetence. I wouldn't recommend Promise Services to my worst enemy. They're a disaster, and they'll mess up your immigration process. Stay far, far away if you value your future."
