I’ve been trying on my own to apply for a visitor visa for my sister with no luck so I decided to used a agent to help me out to get my sister a visitor visa. My workmate recommended Promise Services office so i went ask some questions about the visitor visa for my sister they were very friendly and helpful and even with there whatsapp messenger they response pretty quick. They did a application for my sister and after 13 days of submission we got the grant letter for my sister visitor visa. I highly recommend this agency and with no doubt they will help you throughout your journey regarding with any visa.
Very very bad experience . Very unprofessional staff and very rude . In their staff member the lady name simran she is very rude very bad communication with clients, they collect 600$ for file processing fees but they never start my process and tell me we were check after 20 days and when I was talk about my file. she was very rude and never give me money back and never start my work. After long time she give me my half money back .if you never start my work than why you never give me my all money back it's your fault not mine ok. Very bad staff . Please , At least you speak politely with your clients ok .

In particular i had found Madam Namrata, as welll as Madam Simran very coperative and efficient in every hurdles with hardship i had been facing whilst trying to pursue a upgrade to my academics with Australian recognition from mid year 2022 and im overwhelmed with their services. Yess, there had been few ups and downs with usual zig and zags bt this 2 special Power ranger Ladies seem to know it alll and had securely assisted me through the difficult requirements or should i say piece of cake requirements for them and in no time i have finally completed my 1 year of Certificate already continuing to 2nd year for 2024 already.
