DISAPPOINTING!!! We selected Ray Turner several years ago and we also heard the terms "If I was not going to win for you, I would not be doing it". We saw the smile - it was not that he was pleased to see us, it was because he was going to make more money from us. Then when he talked us into going to a review tribunal, we heard the words "I never lose" Guess what, you did lose Ray, and sent me the bill even before I could get home. Your word is not your BOND - far from it. I look back and I did all the work on the application/s and paid you big money too for the privilege. Then, all I got was heartache and sleepless nights. And what did you do in Tribunal? NOTHING!! NOTHING AT ALL!!! It was all me. Years later we are still having issues even for Visitor Visas and we are still having issues as a result of your advice all those years ago. Thanks. Think hard about using him and his firm. I know I won't be darkening his doors again. To summarize my experience in two words: USELESS!!!!!!! HOPELESS!!!!!!!!!
