My partner and I would love to say a very special thank you to Red Earth Migration team for helping us with our partner visa application. Gabriela was our migration agent and our experience with her and her assistant Giang has been nothing but amazing. Applying for a visa can be a very time consuming and stressful process, but Gabriela was there to help us at every step of the way. From our initial meeting, Gabriela was able to explain things in a clear easy to understand manner and she answered all our questions and put any concerns we might have had at ease. During the application process Gabriela and her team ensured that all of our paperwork was filled out correctly and submitted in a timely manner. Was the worst service I have ever received. I had received two invitations 189 and 190. They missed the deadline and "forgot" to submit my application. They also "forgot" to lodge the application due to "personal reasons" No one was reachable or answering phone calls I had to go to the office whereby most of the staff were off sick or working from home. All they could say was "sorry". I asked to meet with the manager who was very rude and threatening me for their mistake and stating if you had patience we would have given you a better offer. When asking for refund for management fees she gave me an option of applying for a visitor visa for free of cost for a family member which was completely useless to me. I do not recommend red earth migration to anyone who's worked hard for their residency.
I’D LIKE TO TAKE THIS LIBERTY TO SHOUT OUT LOUD MAKE SOME NOISE & SAY, AND IF I SAY SOMETHING I SAY WHAT I REALLY MEAN, HONEST & TRUTH. The best decision made ever on getting RED EARTH Migration on board for my wife’s partner visa application (Eventually got approved like a piece of cake, of course with the help of REDEARTH) At first I put up my file by myself, in few months realized there are many errors in the application Got recommended to RED EARTH from one of a dear friend, co them right then and NABEEL & DEEPA came into action and they straightened and ironed my application with all the errors I made, oh my god must say the class of a service, both super professional and smart. I am sure i would have had to face a rejection if them not making amendments, very well executed and presented. Ongoing monthly updates and kept up with updates on my application with all the vital information. Later down the track MOHANA began to look after our application After all the long wait, Finally the file got looked into by immigration Mohana took the charge and with precision submitted all the documentation. And BOOM with in 30Days we got a approval/grant from the immigration. Happiness to the core was the feeling we couldn’t express in words. Long short, to my experience some things you should leave it to professionals and in the perth migration agency market RED EARTH are the only ones. They know there game, are updated with all the nitty gritty stuff & changes of immigration rules, bunch of smart people. I have attended Red Earth Migration to submit a visitor application for my wife. I did seek their help with the intention to get advised on what things I need to include so that the visa can be granted. However, all they did was fill up the application which anyone can do and it's not that complicated. I had my application refused for a ridiculous reason which have not even been brought to my attention by the migration agent at which I think they should know as a migration office doing heaps of visasa regularly. I then asked to see what we could do regarding a mistake that wasn't mine and I was asked to pay extra $200 to get an advise instead of just discussing my case that I have already paid for and provide explanation as to why this happened. I decided to go ahead and pay to see if I could do anything. However, I regret paying every dollar on that as the person who was to give me advice, himself needed someone to advise him. You gotta understand that such stupid mistakes can negatively impact people's lives
I am a New Zealand citizen who was seeking Australian Residency. A close friend of mine, who extensively researched immigration consultants in Perth, recommended that I liaise with Red Earth Migration (REM). When I first visited REM, I was greeted by Admin Manager Jinga Rose. I was impressed with her friendly and approachable manner. Jinga introduced me to Migration Consultant Deepa Gupta who offered to manage my application. Deepa was presentable, professional and helpful in her demeanor. I liked that, throughout the application process, Deepa and Jinga stayed in continuous contact with me. I more liked that both ladies were diligent in their work, displayed exemplary timeliness and prompt follow-up in extracting information/clarification/documentation. I more liked that. when I was overseas, Deepa and Jinga contacted my emergency contact to inform him of the outcome of my visa and also to pursue me (thru him) to urgently contact REM to receive the good news.
