I saw agent Andrew and he absolutely does not know anything, every question you ask he answers " I don't know" or 'I am not sure", then why are you working if you are not sure about anything, I paid to get answers not to feel uncomfortable there. He only answers basic questions and makes you feel super uncomfortable as I had to finish in 25 minutes even though I was pushing to ask more question , where normally I was supposed to have 45 minutes consultation. I paid and got absolutely nothing from consultation, I went with 8 questions and did not get even single answer without him being confident as he has no clue about updates or visa stuff, except of some basic stuff which everyone know. Do not recommend at all!!!
After seeing the free student visa promotion, I approached Red Earth Migration to process my student visa. Vinni and Deepa were professional and thorough throughout and ensured I was granted my student visa in minimal time. I would like to thank the REM for their help and would highly recommend them for any migration purposes. Update: In 2022 they also managed my 189 PR application. Communication was excellent, responses were quick and the work was done efficiently. Received my PR within 3 months. Special thanks to Mansi, Deepa and Nisha for their guidance and high level of professionalism!
Availed their services thinking that they can better provide me more information and help me get the visa. We have to pay and sign the agreement before registering to avail their services. Once you sign the agreement and money is paid, they allocate one focal person which I have to keep following up to seek appointment to lodge visa. Called their office to get in contact with focal person and I managed to contact focal person. I wanted to see focal person in person and discuss how to prepare strong evidence with supporting documents. But She told me that she is working from home and if I need any additional information or clarification, I can visit their office any time where some one is office will give me any additional information I need. I got very minimal information and support to gather evidence documents to support visa application. So disappointed with the services.
This agency is really the worst. we applied for my brother student visa with this because they were very incompetent in handling the profile. Every time I called, they always said they were busy or unavailable. Asked for a refund because they were not doing anything. Paid in advance money to them just for a student visa. They couldn’t even recommend good schools. Can you imagine how hard we have to save for that kind amount of money just to pay them but they didn’t care about our situation at all. They did not gave us a refund. They didn’t even do much. Other agencies won’t even charge you for applying to a school. We thought they are good because of their reviews, but we should have been more careful. I felt like I wasted my money investing in this agency. They just lie and make false promises. They are only thinking about the profits of the company and not the well-being as their client. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money in this agency. They wasted my time, money, and energy.
I initially went to another Immigration Agent for my parents Visa arrangements but I was concerned about how much they wanted to charge for Sub 600 12 month stay. I did more searching then decided to give Red Earth a try as they had good reviews and they quoted me more than half of what the other agent wanted. At first I was concerned that cheap probably going to get what you pay for, but I was totally wrong. The visa process totally exceeded my expectations and was super affordable and communication was always prompt, I never had to send any reminders. I definitely recommend Red Earth and ticks the boxes both from affordability and service level. Thank you Pardeep.
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Staff was very unprofessional and blames it on misunderstanding. Agent (Andrew) told me things which I already knew about and didn't even bother to tell me about any additional info. I had to ask him about other courses info and only then he started talking about it. Its like I was the one giving him advice. Always kept saying "I don't know", "I am not sure." Well, then why are you an agent if you don't know about the basic stuff? Appointment was for 45 minutes but agent finished in 10 minutes and just wanted me to leave as he had nothing else to say. What a waste, just a money pit. Even TikTok agent videos will help you more than the agents at Red Earth Migration. Never going back there and would not recommend it to anyone.
I recently had an initial appointment as I trust that Red Earth would be able to help me with my visa options. The agent was knowledgeable and provided me with great advice. However, I wasn't too happy with her being late for 10 minutes and cut off the call without letting me know in advance (while I was still talking). I just think it is common courtesy to inform your client before disconnecting the call, and even though I paid the initial consult of $110, because of this experience I will not be dealing with this company anymore.
Very poor service!! Paid for 1 hour consultation to get answers like “Yes, it is that”. Asking for more explanation and getting a very short answer again. I had an 14 minute conversation, then I had to google my questions again, very frustrating! Due to a verbal complain, they offered a 10 minute free consultation, which wasn’t helpful at all as I was told 3 times that «I can’t explain as we don’t have time» Please think again if you want to consult with this company again. Ella In reply to the below comment, it's clear that your business model is to discourage individuals from receiving accurate detailed information when paying for a general consultation with the aim to engage red earth for the full application process. In response to the suggestion that I was satisfied when asked if all my questions were answered. As I was receiving one word answers to my questions there was little point continuing the conversations. And after apologising for the poor initial consultation the second 10min consultation was pointless as I was told there is not enought time to discuss my queries as we had a 10min limitation. My recommendation to others wishing to engage a immigration consultant is to look elsewhere.
