It was a great meeting and I got a clarity on what needs to be done to progress further on my limited visa opportunities. I must say, that Ashraf was pretty straight forward in giving me the advice, as what can be done within my limited options. I truly appreciate the fairness of not setting any false expectations, but a clear pathway forward. He did tell me that it's a bit hard journey however, will surely sail through properly, if all goes as planned. Ashraf, Rubina and all other Team Members were very approachable and supportive during the entire process. They helped whenever needed and suggested the best solution for any issues and doubts. It's been a long journey, however ended up with flying colours. All this was possible due to the kind support provided by the team. I am super happy with my experience with RKPS Global Immigration Consultancy. We (me n my husband) just got our 491 visa n all credit goes to Ashraf. This guy really knows his work. We were dealing with another agent before n it just wasn’t going well at all so we came back to him n that turned out to be the best decision. Everything was handled so smoothly n in a very straightforward way. Their team is always up to date with the immigration process which makes a huge difference. He also provided timely updates which kept us reassured throughout. Not even once did we call n get a bad or unhelpful response always supportive n clear. Even after we got the 491 he took the time to properly explain all the conditions which I really appreciated. What I liked the most is Ashraf never gives false hope or fake promises just honest and realistic advice. Would 100% recommend if u want someone reliable.
I’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with this immigration consultancy. My profile has been with them since 2023, during which they assisted in filing my EOI for Subclass 189 and 190. Beyond that initial step, there has been virtually no meaningful communication, guidance, or proactive support. The most frustrating part is what happens after the EOI is lodged — which is exactly when clients need the most clarity and strategic direction. Instead, I was left completely on my own. Despite calling and following up countless times over the years, I consistently received vague or non-actionable responses. I repeatedly asked for guidance on alternative pathways, next best options, or ways to strengthen my chances for PR — and not once did I receive clear, thoughtful advice. It feels like the entire service is front-loaded: - Strong sales pitch and onboarding - Quick filing of EOIs - Then complete disengagement until (and unless) an invitation arrives At that point, they reappear to take credit — but the long, uncertain period in between is handled with zero ownership or client support. Interacting with both the migration agent and the support staff has been equally frustrating. There is a clear lack of accountability, responsiveness, and genuine intent to help. I would strongly caution others: If you are looking for ongoing guidance, strategy, and support throughout your PR journey, this is not the right service. In my experience, it has not been worth the money.

I genuinely prefer this team because they made the whole visa process easy and stress-free. What I liked most was their honesty - they told me exact chances, documents needed, and timelines.
