My experience with RKPS was beyond all of my expectations! i have moved countries several times and this was by far the smoothest experience i've had with the legalitiess of immigrating. I recieved my permanent residency 20 months after applying, despite my delays in submiting documents and losing my passport during this process. I booked a consultation with RKPS Global Immigration on 27/08/2025, paying $110 for one meeting plus a 30-minute follow-up call within 28 days. While I understood that only one follow-up call is allowed, the way it is managed makes it nearly impossible to get timely support. When I tried to schedule a mid-week question, I was told the waiting time was about one week. I only got a Friday 10:30 slot because another student canceled, which makes this single follow-up largely ineffective for urgent queries. When I missed that Friday call on 10:30 morning due to a phone issue, I rang back at 12:40 the same day. Instead of rescheduling, RKPS demanded another $110. They now claim the follow-up is “complimentary.” That is misleading — if it were truly free, there should be a cheaper consultation-only option for anyone who missed the follow-up call. There isn’t. Having many students is no excuse for poor service. Clients pay expecting real support, not restrictions, long waits, and unfair extra charges. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RKPS.
