Wow! Honestly can't thank simona Migration enough! They have been so involved from the get go. They were super informative and super helpful through every part of my visa! Same day responses, sometimes an hour after I've even emailed! Like these guys and girls are on it! No question was too complicated or too silly. They always explained everything so well and even when some parts seemed really confusing and hard they knew exactly what to do amd how to explain it! Big shout outs to Simona who from the get go just made me feel so understood and listened to and knew exactly what I needed, Anna who has been ever so lovely and helpful and especially Sara who I had the most correspondence with. I regret to share my experience with Simona who represented us in our application for an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a skill regional visa in NSW. We entrusted her with our hopes and dreams, investing not only our time and resources but also our faith in her expertise. Unfortunately, it has become clear that she neglected a crucial step in our application process. After consulting with other professionals, we discovered that while she submitted our EOI, she failed to link it to the NSW Business and Skill Migration program. This oversight has left us stranded in the visa system, with no chance of receiving an invitation to proceed.
