I wouldn't recommend them. It seems like their main focus is on extracting money from people. When I applied for a business visa, we received a pre-invitation, but they submitted my documents at the last minute. Consequently, the Queensland government issued the nomination based on the application order, resulting in me not receiving an invitation. Meanwhile, when I applied for a visit visa, Isuru failed to submit any necessary documents from my side, such as hotel reservations, land vehicle details, and family information, leading to rejection. Before we paid our first installment of 10,000 AUD, he promptly answered phone calls. However, after the payment, it became incredibly difficult to contact him. He seems very careless, and I'm left wondering how he manages to run a business like this.
