We were very happy to find an immigration agent who offered a free initial consultation. They also provided us with a short e-booklet 'The Mind of a Visa Officer'. This gave us insight into what they look for when approving Visa's. We knew about various Visa types but were not certain which one suited our situation. Chris Walker from Skylark stated the Visa we have a strong case and eligibility for. He then outlined the four categories Visa Officers are looking at when they assess applications. We now have a clear way forward.

I had a free consultation with Chris this morning. He went above and beyond (truthfully, he went beyond our time limit to continue answering my questions). He was honest, genuine, and gave me more information than any other consulations i've had in the past. I will be applying for a partner visa and he walked me through each step of evidence that I would need and how to eliminate risk in my specific situations. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me and that he enjoys helping others, which was a breath of fresh air considering applying for any visa can be confusing & stressful. I highly recommend you reach out for a consultation, I gained so much confidence and clarity. It was worth every minute. Oh yeah and it is free :)

I am delighted with the service I had from Skylark team for my Partner Visa. I’ve granted my 801 visa withing a very short period of time. In my first free consultation, Tony was very clear and gave me lots of information of how I should prepare things in order to get ready to apply for the visa. I didn’t have a single clue of how these things work before I talk to him. I was very happy about how he was explaining me things very clearly and straight forward. He is a very knowledgeable person and was very confident about giving me right directions. I was so happy and had lots of trust after the first session I had with Tony. Then I got registered with them to proceed with my visa and my file was handled by Rachel. She was amazing,super friendly and easy to work with. I was always treated very well and with respect. We had a great experience with Skylark and think it was totally worth the investment!! Skylark Migration Specialists made the whole process of applying to a 309 visa very smooth! We expected to get a positive answer in around 6 months but it took only a bit over a month after the visa lodgment. We already had a lot of information compiled but they helped us to organize it to be more efficient in presenting the necessary evidence. It was always so relieving to have them reply to all of our questions any time and they always made us feel confident about our visa application.

We were looking for migration agent for my student visa extension along with my husband. After researching many days we found skylark migration and book an appointment with Tony. Conversation with him was fruitful and his suggestions regards to our case were very convincing. Although i was in overseas, we decided to choose skylark migration. In the beginning Rachael, Mancy help us out and at last Susan looked after our case. We had lots of complication in our case but frequent talk with her in emails made us easy to gather documents for our application. After so many huddles, we lodge our visa on 16 April 2021🙂. We were not expecting that our visa will come too soon during this pandemic, fortunately we got our visa on June 1 2021. This is all possible only because of hard work of skylark migration for our success, thank you is not enough for their extraordinary efforts. Mancy has helped me with the whole process and she worked closely with employer to ease this process for them as well.
