This is my first time writing a review, but I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Sunny and Legal Consultant Seon! I have consulted with more than three agencies since I first started studying abroad in Australia 8 years ago, but I believe this is the most proactive and well-organized agency that does its utmost to find solutions for any unforeseen circumstances. I don't know the details, but it seems the departments are subdivided—such as the legal, immigration, and finance teams—and the organization is solidly staffed with professionals. Even though I was based in Canberra, they responded much more proactively and quickly than the student services team at my school. Personally, I was able to proceed smoothly through situations like having to extend my student visa due to a ridiculous admission error over a single unit (my money ㅠㅠ), or the school refusing to issue the certificate for my graduate visa application even though my PTE was set to expire in a week (Australian government agencies are so frustrating ㅠㅠ). Since I came to Brissie, This place is really familiar because it’s just top of the mccas at queen st mall. They are even well known for their migration services and every month they arrange some fun activities. Since I visited their one of the program, I chose them without any tangle.
