Thank you so much for all your help until I obtained my visa. When I decided to study abroad, I had absolutely no idea where to start, and I happened to find SOL Study Abroad. I contacted them via LINE, and we scheduled a phone call where they explained exactly what I needed to prepare. Being able to contact them via LINE was incredibly convenient. It made me feel comfortable asking for advice. After that, the communication was very smooth, including email. From then on, they provided incredibly meticulous support. I'm sure my family circumstances and lack of knowledge caused some difficulties, but the person in charge was very kind and helpful, which gave me a great sense of security. I later learned that some people have made mistakes in choosing their agents, but I feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen SOL Study Abroad!
