SOL's service is truly excellent. I can always reach out to them whenever I have a problem. Although Fangzhou, who previously worked with them, has left, she remains very responsible for any tasks I've entrusted to her. Zee, who took over, was equally courteous and even prepared a course selection guide. In short, all the agents I encountered were fantastic and consistently resolved various issues. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Tin! If you're considering applying for PR, consulting him can really save you a lot of trouble.
