It's the middle of the pandemic, August 2021 and we can't even take a bloody walk outside now so you can imagine how difficult it must be to get any kind of permit to move more freely. Yet Danijela was able to organize a travel exemption on my request to go to Europe and back to Sydney again. That's absolutely priceless and equally unbelivable. You might read some 1-star commetns on here that the owner was rude but I absolutely understand that, it's not rudeness it's just a very direct type of behaviour one must have to get the impotant things done. If you're after a nice talk, find yourself a psychologist. If you want your travel / immigration documents to be sorted, this is the place to go. Thanks again, Danjiela.
Danijela went above and beyond to ensure my partner’s visa was approved after waiting for 12 months with no end in sight. Danijela shed light on a very complex and stressful process. My husband and I had previously chosen an agent which was local here in Belgrade, we ourselves could tell the application the agent in Serbia set up had some flaws and needed more work but we didn't understand how we could fix it and what we can do. Although my husband and I have been together for 3 years, married for 2 and had a daughter together the process is still quite complex.
