I came across an Instagram page for academic guidance and, after making an enquiry, I was contacted by an individual who insisted that a research proposal is not necessary for research applications. They further directed me towards a certain contact (STUDY NET). After engaging with them over the phone, I formed the impression that this operation may be functioning primarily as an offshore lead-generation setup, prioritising course promotion over genuine academic guidance. The responses I received suggested a lack of transparency and an apparent focus on steering applicants toward specific paid programs rather than offering accurate or reliable academic advice. I was also informed that their admissions coordination is handled externally, reportedly from Bangladesh, and the process appeared to be notably slow and inefficient. Overall, the experience has led me to serious concern regarding the reliability and professionalism of their guidance. I strongly urge prospective students to exercise extreme caution before engaging with such services for visa or academic extension purposes. In my experience, the advice provided was misleading and potentially detrimental to academic planning. While they may present themselves as successful advisors, prospective applicants should critically evaluate their claims and independently verify all information before proceeding.
The best migration agent. I have been with StudyNet from 2022. They applied my student visa in 2023. It got granted in the same year and I moved from Bangladesh to Australia in 2023. In 2024 they applied for a subsequent entrance visa for my wife and daughter and it was granted in a months time. After that, my student visa was expiring in 2025 and I had to extend my visa and this time also Studynet got me through. Very delighted and extremely grateful for today as my Masters by Business Research got granted. Words hardly can explain my feelings now. My visa was expiring in 15 March 2026, StudyNet did everything in probably a week. Huge thanks to Kamal Srestha for managing the COE in such a short period of time. I cannot thank enough to Rosalia Shams Sreya for the effort she put in my visa application. To finish everything on time she had to work after office hours from her home. That's incredible. Not only this, she has been my migration officer for the last three visa applications and every time she has given her best efforts. I came to search for another education agent after got my CoE refusal by Utas. Bina and Manisha led me to try another university and College. Gave me few options and beside me through all the process until i got my CoE at CSU! Our journey wasn’t easy. My first refusal gave me low expectations and i was ready to go back to my country.
