My experience with Study Net Agency was extremely disappointing. I dealt with a counsellor named Manashmita, and throughout the process I received inaccurate and incomplete guidance. This caused repeated delays and resulted in a significant waste of my time. Even after my COE was issued and I had already commenced classes, my academic transcript was not submitted to the institute. Because of this oversight, I lost the opportunity for credit transfer, which affected both my study plan and finances. I was also given a verbal assurance by the Sydney branch manager that I would receive a 15% discount as compensation for the inconvenience and losses I faced. However, once the COE was issued, this was later changed to 10% without proper explanation. This change felt unfair and disappointing. Overall, the support dropped noticeably after the COE process was completed. Based on my experience, I strongly advise students to be cautious and to ensure that all promises and arrangements are documented in writing before proceeding with this agency.
