I have extended my visa with Tagarela for three times since I got to Sydney. Paula has helped me throughout the process with precise details. Every time I extend my student visa with them, it only takes less than a week after that I have my medical exam done. I have never had to be worried or waited for too long for it to be granted. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky. Tagarela was the worst experience I've had in 11 years in Australia. They were slow to respond to emails, staff went on vacation and left my case hanging. They requested the same document more than once. It was a complete mess. I was so stressed out by them that it even affected my health. In short, I don't recommend them.
