Tagarela started with me since my student visa for my Master degree always providing support. After this student visa, I went to a graduate visa with Tagarela Migration and at the same time working on my EOI (having tagarela Migration guidance always). I got invited on 189 last year and would not trust anyone to touch my visa process besides Tagarela. After 5.5 month I got my Pr and could not recommend them enough. Hugo and all the team is extremely professional and knowledgeable and would never trust anyone else to go on this journey with me if not them. They deserve way more than 5 stars.
My experience with Tagarela was excellent! From the beginning, we received a lot of support and attention. We had several meetings because we had many questions, and in all of them we were very well attended to. I especially want to thank Paula, who was incredible throughout the entire process. Always very patient, available, and ready to help, both in meetings and on WhatsApp—she made all the difference in making us feel secure. In addition, she answered all our questions related to the university, showed us the portal, explained how the processes and payments worked, and was always available to provide all the necessary support. I also thank the visa team, especially Fabíola, who closely followed our progress and made everything much easier. Our visa came through super fast! We would definitely choose Tagarela again. Each visa carries a story, and ours was a dream that felt almost impossible, but Hugo saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Extremely frustrating, confusing, and inhumane experience. From the beginning, I received inconsistent and contradictory information about the process. The instructions constantly changed: something was said to be valid, then it wasn't anymore, creating expectations that were quickly shattered. This happened repeatedly and generated a lot of insecurity and emotional distress. After paying AUD 700, the service drastically decreased. I was informed that this amount would be a down payment deducted from the total OSHC, however, when I tried to cancel the contract due to the poor quality of service, I was informed that the same amount would be treated as a cancellation fee and would not be refunded. This was not clearly explained before payment and creates a real feeling of being trapped, as AUD 700 is a lot of money for any student. Furthermore, after paying for the immigration assistance, I was informed that I would have a 15-day period to ask questions via email. Even within this period, I sent important questions and simply never received a response. The silence after payment was extremely distressing. We're talking about immigration, life projects, dreams, and people's futures, not a toy or a simple purchase. Dealing with this type of process requires responsibility, empathy, and ethics, which I unfortunately did not feel. The experience was exhausting, stressful, and emotionally frustrating. I do not recommend this agency and strongly advise other students to seek independent immigration guidance before committing. Update: After this assessment, I decided to continue with the process, and since then Isabelly (from support) and Jonathan (from the visa department) have taken over the management of my case. At this stage, the service was very different: faster responses, clearer information, and more attention to follow-up. The beginning of the process was really exhausting for me, so I stand by the account above. But I think it's fair to note that, in this final stage, they have been attentive, and the visa process is being conducted in a more organized way.
