Tagarela has a wonderful team! What I love most about this agency is that they are always up-to-date with immigration changes, which gives me a lot of confidence. Extremely satisfied with the service from Tagarela. The staff is super polite, responds quickly, and explains things very well. Super attentive, my case was quite complicated and unusual, I even thought it wouldn't work out. But they did an excellent job, helped put together the visa letter, select the right documents, and everything in advance so I wouldn't have that last-minute stress. Highly recommended in the past. We had one of the worst experiences with the Tagarela agency. First visa: red carpet. After-sales service, customer support, and second application? I think there wasn't even a red carpet; it was like walking on corn kernels, haha (Laughing so I don't cry). Zero support, zero help in drafting and correcting the letter – an EXTREMELY important step for a visa – zero communication, in short… I'm leaving my most honest account here, and you can contact me on social media for more details if you have any doubts about this or another agency. They always know how to help and answer your questions regarding the many details we need to know, from when we plan our exchange program to when we are already experiencing it. Every day brings a new challenge, and having Tagarela to rely on is a lifesaver! I have absolutely no complaints about the services provided or the customer service; quite the contrary, I was wonderfully attended to with all the attention and care by the Tagarela team, specifically by Giovana Giansante, who assisted and guided me throughout the entire process of choosing schools, personal planning, and other services that helped us immensely during the visa waiting period and even before. Overall, I can only thank Tagarela and its team for the excellent work done (not to mention the price, which was lower than other agencies I contacted, even though they had by far the best service) and for the support throughout the waiting period, as well as the help with the BVB application, travel to Brazil during this process, and all the necessary information and documentation so that my wife and I wouldn't encounter any problems. On behalf of myself and my wife, we would like to thank them and will certainly always recommend Tagarela to our friends and acquaintances.
