I got to know about Tig thorugh one of my colleagues when a previous immigration agent told me that I will not be eligible to apply for permanent residency. Radmila worked on my application and she was very competent and had an extensive knowledge about all the legal matters involving the application. She always kept me up-to-date about the process and within a month I was granted the permanent residency. I previously had pretty bad experiences with few other immigration agencies , but Tig and working with Radmila was pretty easy and I was confident of them from the very beginning. After being given terrible (yet expensive) advice by a different employment lawyer based in Perth, my husband and I came to The Immigration Group feeling stressed, overwhelmed and with extremely tight timescales to apply for my spouse visa. From the outset, Jan at TIG was knowledgeable and responsive. She put together a suitable plan of action and started work for us immediately. She expertly guided us through every stage of my journey to PR over the past 2 years, which was granted today! I cannot recommend and thank her enough!

I’m disappointed by this company, and DO NOT recommend them. I was recommended by a friend to use them, but the company has clearly changed. The agent, Bernadette, who assisted us seemed uniformed about our situation or how to accurately assist us. Upon multiple emails to the agent and no response back, I decided to switch companies. Their consultation price of $220 is higher than other companies and was clearly not worth it. They wasted our time and money and provided minimal assistance.

My wife and I never regretted choosing to work with this vibrant team. They were very supportive and accommodating from the inception to the completion. All the information they provided us with were very correct, and the application result was positive. Very quick in responding to mails and returning calls. Apt with their services, we were even able to access them for an assistance when we were at an overseas airport. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

I cannot recommend Jan highly enough! From start to finish (457 and PR Visa), she was incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely caring. Navigating the immigration process can be overwhelming, but she made everything so much easier with her clear guidance, attention to detail, and constant support. She took the time to answer all our questions with patience, and ensured every part of our application was handled perfectly. We couldn't be more grateful! :)

You have to pay in advance and than, if you have issues they disappears After more than one year they wait 2 weeks before let us know they got the answer from the immigration Most of the documents needed were missing because the agent did a bad application work The agent who did the application did not work anymore for the agency and basically they couldn't find our documents We got our PR rejected and no money refund 0/10
