I retained the services of the Visa Centre to assist with my application for an Australian visitor visa. My previous visa application was refused, and the circumstances of my case were complex. Diyan did all the visa handlingfor my UK application. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the process, organised and communicated very quickly on things which were required for the application. Especially after being rejected twice l managed to get multiple UK visa entry which is really helpful and this was all thanks to Diyan's efforts. I am extremely grateful to The Visa Centre and especially Diyan for handling our UK visa applications. Our first application was refused due to careless handling by a previous consultant, which was very stressful. With a strong recommendation by one of my colleagues, I immediately approached The Visa Centre with my refusal letter.
