Such an amazing journey with Total Visa! We couldn't be happier and we suggest them to all our friends! We started the long PR process with them in October 2020. the process meant to be long, stressful and tricky but Vlada and Helen, with their professionalism and kindness were there to support us in each step. Despite the process was stressful we felt secure, and peaceful that we put our trust in the right team, the right support, and the right people with years of experience! My partner engaged Helen in organising his partner visa to stay in Australia. Although the process for his PR was lengthy, there were no issues whatsoever in terms of dealing with the Immigration Department. Helen Mace and her team, Vlada and Ruta, have been fabulous with our immigration case (partner visa). They are very thorough and detail-oriented lawyers who will make sure your application is the best it can be. No “she’ll be right” there! No approximation, they will make you work hard to make sure you are successful with your application. Helen stays on top of new legislation and won’t take any chance with her cases. I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Total Visa! The girls in the office were extremely helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with from start to finish with my sponsorship. I couldn't recommend them enough, they did a thoroughly professional job from start to finish, my sponsorship had been accepted just over two weeks after it was lodged which was phenomenal as I had little to no waiting time in comparison to some of the stories I've heard!
