I was referred to Total Visa through a work colleague who highly recommended them to use for our Partner Visa application, as they had also used Total Visa for their Visa's. Helen was so professional and helpful from the very first phone call made, we then continued our Visa application with Vlada. Vlada was amazing, the whole process itself seems overwhelming but Vlada eased the stress, she is highly professional in her work carried out from the beginning to the very end and would often call me on her days off to keep me completely updated on the whole process, and continually add and update information to our application. I cannot recommend her enough! Vlada contacted me this past Sunday (again on her day off) to inform my partner and I that our Visa had been granted. We are forever grateful to Vlada and the Total Visa team for all their hard work and professionalism in my partner now being able to call Australia home. We could not have achieved this without you! Excellent and very quick service provided by Total Visa for my visa application. From the beginning, they had explained to me all the procedure; guided me in gathering all the required documents; and reviewed them before submitting it. And the best part was, I never had to visit them personally (as I was in a different city). Everything was taken care through emails and phone calls. They were very prompt in responding to my queries and informing the status of my application. I would highly recommend the Total Visa.
I can't thank Helen and her team enough, after a long challenging few years I got my PR! After my first sponsorship fell threw to then transferring me onto my new sponsor and finally applied for my PR after so many hurdles along the way.
