Hey, it was worst experience ever in my life, waste of time and money, they didn't manage to help me with visa and it was NOT granted by government even though Traci said my chances are around 90%. I spent almost all my saving because it was my dream to move to Australia but after 9 month of "lawyers" work (mostly doing nothing and ignoring my emails) they screwed up my case and now I have only visa refusal record and no money. I feel that they have no expertise and will to help you out. If they would say that my chances less than 30% I wouldn't even start. But they lure you with promises then simply do nothing because money is on their account and no reason to do their job.
