Avoid Maison Chen Law Group at all costs! Their TikTok presence may lure you in, but don’t be deceived. I was promised expert guidance for my permanent residence visa, only to be left feeling scammed. The fees are astronomical—nearly $15,000 for our PR application—and utterly unjustified for the subpar service we received. Communication was virtually non-existent, and the overall management was a chaotic nightmare. They are clearly more interested in lining their pockets than providing genuine assistance. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable firm that truly values its clients and delivers results without the outrageous price tag. This was a costly mistake I deeply regret.

Unfortunately, l did not have good experience with them and grateful that l did everything myself and saved $6k +. I paid $300 for just 30 mins consultation and it was helpful even though the crazy price. After that it was rubbish. I had everything ready even the case officer was shocked. After watching Traci’s reels don’t get fooled and sign up for the firm with high expectations. My case officer was not competent. I booked phone meeting the case officer, did not show up, could not answer simple questions like pay slips. I have asked her do l have put all my pay slips of 6 years experience, she asked her head and they said yes which was ridiculous, uploading 6x27 pay slips, after that answer l cancelled with them. I only uploaded three for both of my work places and no issues.my case was not complicated, it was skilled visa, l am a sec teacher with high income and she told me Vic likes superior english if l was with them l was gonna keep paying $500 to pte. Thank God didn’t do. They did not consider my profession type, experience, salary, etc. I have got my 190 within two days including medicals. I had told them l had very bad experience with agents already yet l was assigned with not competent one. After cancelling with them no feedback forms was sent nor they dis ask for the reason. As many others out there, they only care about money, not your situation. Just go and check out some facebook pages or watch traci’s youtube videos they are more helpful than her team.
