One of the best things that has happened to me in Australia is to have come across the Maison Chen Law group. I had lost all hope in inviting my partner whose tourist visa was rejected. I was on 485, a temporary resident to be precise, a situation where hardly any agency cares!! To be frank, nobody recommended Maison Chen to me and I took a shot based on the reviews. So, with a TR visa, having a defacto registration and a very weak relationship history, were all the ingredients for a straight rejection of any Aussie visa!!! All other agencies were high priced and told me nothing can be done in my situation. I booked in Kate (White) as my lawyer and she is a gem!!!!! She heard my case, prepared all my documents and made me work very very hard (a lotttt!!) I guess she turned my weak file into a very strong document! I must 500% recommend her for any sort of partner-related visa. Of course, there are a lot of other people in the team working equally hard to prepare a genuine, strong relationship document! My partner got her visa in 2 weeks!!! I want to thank the whole team and my trust for MCLG has grown so much that I have decided to go ahead with all the rest of my visas with them. Their fees are affordable and authentic, their handling of matter is very professional and they have the best of the people skills! They will hear your needs.
