Wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know.I was with a different agent when I signed up with maison law, the main reason I signed up with them was my previous agent claimed points for my employment in my EOI but I wasn’t confident whether or not I could claim points for my employment as it was not directly relevant to my nominated occupation.When I signed up with them They told me I could claim points with no problems and then we lodged an EOI with claimed points for my occupation.After around 6 or 7 months my case officer told me that she was not sure I can claim points for my occupation so we might have to do an employment skills assessment with engineers Australia.she told me Until we get the outcome we may have to withdraw the points we claimed earlier, and then they charged me separately to check my eligibility to whether or not I would get a positive outcome from Engineers australia, which I did not get once we lodged it.my EOI was in the system with points that I shouldn’t have claimed. And when My ROI expired, I asked my case officer about the next steps, in my words I asked her “ please send me the details for the new ROI lodgement including charges and stuff” and she replies me with an invoice saying that everything is ready to lodge their senior team has already reviewed it.I never asked her to go that far I just asked her the details as I was not sure to stay with them because I was not very happy with their service. And when I informed them that I am withdrawing my file from them my Case officer told me that she will send me the information about the withdrawing and after two or three days they just shut me off from the portal which I had all my documents I got from them.some of them were not even downloaded. Would not recommend to anybody I know.pathetic service from my CO.

I had a consultation with Maison Chen’s group because of the great google reviews. My consultation was professional and very commercial (strictly consulting). I needed more time to consider the process and amount of money I have to spend, hence I had followed them up a few times to get the quotation. After I got the quote, they called to check in next day right away but the way they ask was quite unprofessional and rude imo. Also I was not even aware / notified that my consultation was recorded which I didn’t like... For that money I’m spending I don’t think it’s a good idea to have this kind of experience, though at such early stage. Anyway, I didn’t go forward with them. Update 1 2024: They called me to clarify the whole situation and asked if they could help me if I needed any other visa assistance with my employer…. I’m not sure if this is the right approach when you have an upset customer. Update 2 2025: My friend went forward with them for her visa process, and also echoed how unpleasant and unprofessional the service was. I doubt the reviews are legit at this point.
Kamille is very knowledgeable in providing me with options with the visas applicable to me. I didn't even know about the primary school teaching skill visa option. She is very professional and empathetic too. She walked me through step by step and in that moment I knew I needed her professional guidance. Thanks very much, MCLG and Kamille. I had booked initial consultation after watching their insta reels. However, the story behind reels is totally different. There charges are too high. I was not happy with the consultation as her assistant pre prepared the session and was kept focusing on same point and did not clarify our questions arises during conversation. We sent a follow up email and did not heard back from them for almost. I been kept shooting email and commenting on insta so got an email which was shocking. Her assistant lawyer said everything has been clarified and there would another charges and would be hourly charges🤔☹️🙃..I would not recommend anyone to waste their hard earn money. There are a lot of other migration agents which are helping people with reasonable price and great service.
