Extremely disappointed with this firm. My immigration file kept getting passed from one agent to another with no real progress. Every time I called for an update, I was told Tracy was “too busy” — apparently making Instagram videos was more important than handling clients’ cases. What should have been a straightforward process dragged on endlessly because no one seemed to actually prioritize the work. If you want your immigration process taken seriously, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
