I do not recommend this firm based on my personal experience, and I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before engaging their services. I began working with them a couple of years ago. Initially, the onboarding process was smooth, they were attentive with documentation and responsive, especially when it came to payments. This created a positive first impression. However, over time, the quality of service declined noticeably. Communication became inconsistent, follow up was limited, and the level of guidance provided did not meet expectations. At one point, my assigned lawyer was changed, and this further impacted the process. The new lawyer did not appear to have a strong understanding of my case, which resulted in unclear direction and a lack of confidence in the advice being given. The firm also has a strong presence on social media, which may lead potential clients to assume a high level of expertise and reliability. In my experience, however, there was a clear difference between their online image and the actual service delivered. Managing a successful social media presence is not the same as providing effective legal support. Eventually, I decided to seek a second opinion from another law firm. I was advised that the pathway I had been guided toward was one of the most complex, and potentially unrealistic, options for my situation. I have since moved to a different firm and am now close to achieving my PR. I am sharing this review so others can make a more informed decision and avoid investing significant time, money, and expectations into a process that may not be handled with the level of care required. In my experience, smaller or less visible firms may offer more personalized attention and a stronger commitment to individual cases.
