Review for Maison Chen Law Group – Tracy I was a client of Tracy at Maison Chen Law Group for my Partner Visa (Subclass 309). I paid $9,500 in professional fees plus $400 for consultation, expecting professional guidance and support throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After payment was made, communication became very poor. It was very difficult to get responses, calls were not returned, and I often felt ignored. When I did manage to reach out, I did not feel supported or properly guided. The service felt rushed and unprofessional. A significant amount of the work was handled by a staff member named Eliza who is based in the Philippines and Tracy appointed my Case manager 2 times as they left the job and leave me stranded . I was not informed clearly about who would be managing my case, and I expected direct professional handling given the high fees charged. Throughout the 1.5-year visa journey, I felt anxious and unsupported. I often had to follow up repeatedly and ended up doing much of the work myself despite paying nearly $10,000 for professional representation. While my visa was ultimately approved, the level of service, communication, and professionalism did not match the premium fees charged. I would strongly recommend future clients carefully consider their expectations before engaging this firm.

I’m very disappointed with the communication and case management from this firm. When I first used their services, I experienced delays and a lack of follow-up. At that time, I had posted a Google review to express my concerns. I was later contacted and asked if I could remove the review, as I was assured my case would be handled properly going forward. Since communication improved for a period, I agreed and removed the review. Unfortunately, about a year later, the same issue has happened again. Since my case officer went on parental leave, there has been no clear handover or communication about who is now managing my file. I have submitted multiple enquiries through the client portal over the past month and have not received a response. I hope the firm reviews its case management and communication processes, particularly during staff leave, so clients are not left without support or updates for extended periods.
