Initially, the firm sounded very convincing when presenting the agreement, promising a stress-free visa application process. Unfortunately, my actual experience was the opposite. Throughout the process, I felt consistently stressed due to poor communication. It was difficult to reach them when I genuinely needed assistance. Direct contact was not available, and I was required to book a virtual call limited to only 10 minutes. Messages sent through their online portal were often unanswered, and I never felt prioritised as a client. One particularly unprofessional incident occurred after I submitted my skills assessment application. The senior associate, Hanan, only sent me the online payment link three days after receiving the assessment outcome from the official authority — and the email was sent close to 2am. By the time I opened the link, it had already expired. Although the link was later resent, there was no explanation or apology for the delay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. My concerns were never properly addressed. Even after I requested to cancel their service, I received no response and was simply removed from the client portal without any communication. I feel like I wasted so much time and money for this.
