My experience dealing with TranQuill Legal last month was amazing. My sister and I went back to China to process an inheritance legal case after our mother's passing last year. The Chinese government agency requested apart from our Australian passport translation and certification but also our NSW driver's licence and a personal statutory declaration in the same way and certified by DFAT with their stamps but we did NOT know we should prepare those two before travelling overseas. For this kind of problem most people would have to come back to Australia and prepare the missing documents and make another trip again, but that would certainly stretch up time spent and more travel expense. So I started looking for information to find out which legal firm could help us to do these without travelling back. We are based in Sydney but all contacts I made were not successful. The answers were either we had to come back to do it face to face or send back those original documents via DHL to let them process and send back to China. In a last attempt I found TranQuill Legal contact info form a Google search and made a phone call. Bronwyn answered my call and advised that these documents could be prepared via online video conference (Microsoft Teams). So exciting to hear this answer. so we organised the conference video call with Mr. Owen Harris and had him witnessed our signatures. Another advantage we had was TranQuill is based in Canberra and they can send any legal document to DFAT for certification in a day and get it returned in the following day. In Sydney all of those law firms I asked process this on a weekly return basis typically Friday out and Friday back next week. With TranQuill's service it only took 3 working days to deliver these documents to us overseas via DHL. All in all we'd give TranQuill Legal a 5 star review for their excellent service to help us not only saved time to process this legal case but also travel expense as well. We'd highly recommend clients to use their legal service in the area they specialise.
