Despite exploring other options, from our first phone call, we knew we’d be going with Mark and Trang for our 482 visa process for my partner. Mark was clearly knowledgeable about all the steps and quickly analysed our case, delivering concise and accurate answers yo all of our questions which immensely helped our initial stress. Based on my past experience, the employer-sponsored visa application is quite tedious. You have to liaise with both the employer and the applicant so there is lots of paperwork involved. The post Covid-19 lockdown and a change of government regime also posed an additional challenge since there would be further delays. However, Mark was able make this process as seamless, as smooth as possible since there were no hiccups and the application only took 1 week to be approved! Mark was also able to reassure us and put us at ease throughout these uncertain times. I would definitely utilise Mark's services again and highly recommend him!
