I consider myself very lucky to have met Mark years ago when I started the process of my visas. He followed me from the sponsorship all the way up. I’m a person who doesn’t like at all paperworks and waiting times, those things really get me nervous, and the reason why I highly recommend Mark is his genuine human touch, his ability to make me feel calm and taken care all along the way. He is not only an expert in his business, but he is absolutely honest. In one occasion I was ready to pay him for his service and the immigration fee, everything was looking good to go, but he was unsure about a detail he preferred to clarify before getting the payment (he is very scrupulous). For my experience in life it is hard to find people who say no to money right away because they prefer “to be sure” first, especially in such a delicate industry. Mark ALWAYS prefers to be sure. Mark and his team were very well organized in helping us to go thru permanent resident and citizenship. Probably same as everyone takes first step in Australia, we didn't know what and how to do to get visa. First of all, I would like to thank Mr Mark Walsh to assist my wife grant Parmanent partner Visa Subclass (100), It was really long journey as Covid hit the world during our application process. I married in 2019, left my wife in Bangladesh and completely got stuck here in Australia. I was really confused how I will go ahead through my wife's visa application process.
