Excellent customer service experience with Visa Alliance, very friendly staff. My wife applied for my partner Visa and my journey started with Visa Alliance from partner Visa to citizenship, ( 2017 to 2023), they helped me in each and every step(..... Sudhin Ji and Naina Ji ....great job). Always answered my calls whenever I needed help. On January 2023 I cleared my citizenship test in first attempt. I'm so happy. I recommend, because of their excellent service, and for our future, just trust them and they will do it for you. Again thanks to Visa Alliance all staff members.

You will find 1000s of very good agents out there but the difference is There you have to pay them money for them to do good job for you, But in visa allaince they will do good job for you for which you would fee like paying. You know if you know If not, go there so you will know!!!! I know this place since, very long time. If I could give 10 stars, I would. My experience with Visa Alliance was top-notch. They have deep understanding of visas and migration related options. At first, we moved to Canberra from Sydney and applied for student visa in a hope to get 491 visa but we ended up getting 190 from ACT . I want to thank Sudin Sir and Basanta Sir to offer their personalised approach for communicating with case officers and us which was very professional, organised and knowledgeable. They have true MARA sprits and their guidance has been invaluable. I also wants to thank Naina mam and Sudikshya mam for their hard work for applying student visa, doing skill assessment and applying for 491 and 190 visa which involved precise documentation, guidance, proper communication and always kept me on track, which shows they genuinely cares about the success of the clients. Everything was done with video and phone consultation which was very convenient for me. I am so thankful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Basant Ji is an exceptional agent. I recently received my residency from NSW, and it’s all thanks to his guidance.
