I could not thank Stephen Hall and the team at visa executives for the professional help and assistance in navigating, assisting our son’s health waiver submission for ENS 186 TRT Permanent residency visa. My company lodged our 186 visa through another company (Sirva) on 1 March 2024, and Stephen at the time was Sirva rep in contact to me and explaining that health waiver submission will be needed for our son, without that no 186 could be granted. When we received s57 for the health waiver submission, Sirva told me that they could not help us with the submission as they don’t have enough study nor experiences with health waiver submission, although the have quoted me the price for the assistance. The MOC Medical Officer of the Commonwealth estimated that my son will be burden to Australian Citizens and Residences for over 1 million dollars. I was stressed and trembled, Luckily, I kept Stephen email where he put his mobile number details, and he had moved to Visa Executives. Stephen always without doubt 100% replying to each every emails sent over to him, he is like God sent person to help us with the submission. I do have a good paying job as Offshore Subsea Installation job - been with the same company for 14 years (transferred from other region), good savings, have purchased our home in Perth while on 482 visa. We submit to the department that our son will not be burden to Australia, as we as parent could navigate all the cost for him. It took us less than 28 days to submit the health waiver submission, and 4 months later our 186 visa was granted. Again, thank you Stephen and the team at Visa Executives, for the professional help and assistances navigating through the complex and long health waiver submission process.
We applied for a work visa (as a couple) through Sheelagh and she has been amazing throughout the whole process. It was a very comfortable experience for us. She was always responsive whenever we had questions and needed her guidance. It was always nice having a chat with her, she's such a lovely person too. Our visas were granted just after 7 weeks!
