I have never seen this much unprofessional agent till now a year ago i went to them to apply tourist visa for my family and now we went to another agent to apply again and they told us the reason behind refusal , still that was okay refusal is a part of file I understand but Atleast they should check what they putting in file. That time what the income was coming wasn’t in the itr. We weren’t that experienced to knew about that but then why i have spent around $800 just to make file. Disgusting to be honest my brother could have a permanent ban i got all proofs as well. Never recommend.
