The visa hub team/ Sam G has been absolutely phenomenal with their services. To point out as to how he made is easy for me, I think there are more than one reason. Firstly, they are very professional when it comes down to business. The counselling was to the point and he didn’t muck around with vague information and false promises. I applied for my mum and my brother’s visa about 3 months ago and the entire process was made as smooth as it could get. The communication through all the means were spot on and transparent and finally without any hiccups the visa was granted for both of them and that too for 3 years! While my family and I were peacefully enjoying our meal outside a café, this individual casually walked over and started smoking close to us—completely ignoring the fact that there were young children and even babies, including my own. Secondhand smoke is harmful, especially to infants, and I was forced to leave with my food just to protect my baby’s health. This is absolutely unacceptable. Everyone has the right to clean air, and no one should have to tolerate toxic smoke in public spaces, especially while eating. I strongly urge Visahub to take this matter seriously and ensure their staff behave responsibly and respectfully in public.
