⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would highly recommend Sam & his team from VisaHub Australia for your migration needs! Even before I got my permanent residency, I was confident enough to refer him to all of my friends. Reasons being: 1. Very prompt responses - Sam is very responsive both via e-mail and phone. If he cannot pick up his phone, he will immediately give a call back. He also assured me that it was fine to call him during office hours even without telling him first. That was so helpful especially when I suddenly had doubts regarding my application. 2. Affordable consultation fee - I only paid $150 for the entirety of my consultation fee. That included unlimited visa questions that I needed to have answers for for my peace of mind. (Note: Visa fees & service fees are different). Sam was also very knowledgeable with his answers. 3. Convenient location - Their office is situated near the city bus port which made them so accessible to a lot of people. 4. Contract provision - Prior to offering their services, they always send out a contract that contained all the terms & conditions. This was so important especially since visa processing always entails a huge amount of money that one cannot simply throw away. 5. Accountability - When I applied for a student visa, they mistakenly made a spelling error of my name. I communicated to them about it, and they were very quick to communicate with immigration to edit it out. 6. Credentials - Sam is not only a migration AGENT, but he is a LAWYER. Unlike most agents, Sam can actually show up in court to defend your visa. 7. Very swift processing - The moment you pay for the visa & service fees, Sam and his team will immediately work on the application and have it done within the next two days. Overall, I was so impressed with their service 💯 Prior to coming here in Australia, I had to DIY my student visa application because I found out my agent was lying to me. Fortunately, I finally found an agency that I can fully trust. Will still be communicating with Sam for my partner’s visa needs. Extremely grateful for their service! ☺️
