I am an American attorney getting a partner 309/100 visa through my Australian wife and had a wonderful experience with Victor Organero and staff here. I knew he was the one when he still was responding while on vacation. A few other immigration attorneys in Oz at other firms had been painting a more "dire" picture of my situation and Victor had a confidence about him that things would be okay, and he delivered to a tee. To boot, they had one of the more reasonable fees. Whatever stage you are at in your process, please, just just give them a call... you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

My experience started well, then I had some problems with incomplete information. Yet, Visa Envoy customer support contacted me and the whole experience turned into an easy sailing in a sunny day. I definitely recommend Visa Envoy team now that I know how the company works. Especially Voya. He seems to be very experienced and covers both key details and big picture scenarios. My suggestion is: study your alternatives before your consultation, ask the right questions and don't expect cheap, easy and miraculous pathways. Be prepared to debate and question everything. I assure you, Visa Envoy will not disappoint you.

We can't recommend Victor Organero enough. We contacted him after having sought advice from other migration agents who gave us wrong information which caused big amounts of panic to me and my partner, as it involved being separated from each other for months. Luckily, we decided to seek other sources of information as we felt there was something off in those pieces of advice and we came across with Victor. He gave us very precise and knowledgeable advise (you can "feel" when someone deeply knows what they are talking about) which did not involve being separated from each other whatsoever and made our Partner Visa application really easy and smooth. We've just got it granted and could not be happier with our decision to go with him.
Headed to this place upon the recommendation of a good friend of mine. I was on a 476 visa and got here with 5-6 months left to work on a employer sponsored 482 visa. After my initial appointment with Victor, he got me to speed with my situation and handled the visa process with my employer very quickly and professionally. He made sure that the application was submitted on time and my visa was granted today. He has been very responsive to my messages and hassling too which is quite good as most of the applicants would have plenty of questions. Highly recommended!
Thanks to Victor Organero from SeekVisa my wife and I obtained our Australian PR applying from abroad for the Global Talent Independent Program. From our first call as a consultation with Victor, he clearly informed us how the process would be and what we should do to increase our opportunities to obtain the visa. The process of this visa is complex and without all the help and professional guidance from Victor it would have been very difficult to obtain it.
