I felt like it was a turning point in my life. I meant Mr. Homapour’s seminar on August 18 in Tehran. I had been following his Instagram page for a long time, and on that day (the seminar on August 18) with thousands of hopes, I finally made the decision and on August 19, 1401, my wife and I went to the Visa Express office. We had intimate conversations with Dr. Mirbod and Mr. Homapour. Before signing the business visa contract, I explained my conditions and financial ability, and with Mr. Homapour’s suggestion, the state of Western Australia was chosen with a financial commitment of $200,000 (now that I think Visa Express tried to close the contract and receive the advance payment in any case). I was also given this assurance (it was also listed on the Visa Express website, but it was later deleted!) that if I did not receive the invitation, the money received would be returned. I had a strange enthusiasm and cooperated with all my heart with Ms. Mehdizadeh in preparing the documents. After almost two months of sending the documents to the state, unfortunately I received a negative answer (I believe VisaPeak knew that it could not get an invitation from the state of Western Australia). After that, the offer of the state of Victoria was made by Ms. Mehdizadeh with a commitment of $ 500,000 (they knew that this amount was beyond my means), but my financial ability, which I had also mentioned on the day of the contract, was beyond accepting this offer. After that, I was asked to be patient. I was assured that we will definitely get an invitation for you when the quota for the 2022-2023 financial year opens. Unfortunately, after a year of signing the contract, VisaPeak has not been able to take any practical action (even getting an invitation) for me. (The goal of VisaPeak, similar to other immigration companies, according to Mr. Homapour, is to hook and attract customers, even if the income is only an advance payment from the customer). I remember asking Mr. Homapour this question in front of the crowd at the online business visa meeting (how long do we have to wait?) and he replied in front of the audience that nothing is known and if you wish, we will refund your money! Unfortunately, contrary to what he said in front of more than 70 people, he did not even return 1 rial to me. (If I say something in front of 4 people, I will do it no matter what) Finally, my fate with Visapeak, which started with hope and desire, ended in disappointment and disappointment. Visapeak's response to not receiving an invitation refers to providing educational services instead. Now the question is, was my visit to Visapeak for educational services or a visa?! I know that Visapeak is not the authority issuing invitations and visas, but it is responsible for its obligations. His final answer is "The company has decided to sue you through the authorities that can be followed in Australia!" (The final stage of customer rejection is scaring) My advice to friends is to do more research and study about this company before signing a contract with it. My experience with VisaPeak was disappointing, insulting and fruitless. Summary of the steps I went through with VisaPeak: 1- Signing a contract and depositing one third of the contract amount as an advance payment 2- Collecting documents and sending them to the state 3- Negative response to obtaining an invitation 4- Mentioning obtaining educational services instead of an invitation and visa 5- Threatening and removing from all groups I am tired of all this unkindness, I am tired of all this lack of honesty
