In my opinion, one star is too many, 1- Thank God no one answers, and even if they do answer, it's a few days after the question, you still have to follow up and go through a thousand holes to get an answer 2- The Australian office's contact number, whenever you call, no one answers, they don't even answer the phone 3- They are very persistent until you have money and a contract, when you see money and a contract, you run away from them 4- It's a total waste of time and money
