I have applied with them twice and got rejection both times, I'm not blaming them and might even apply again in the future but PLEASE don't let your case manager be AMIT KUMAR GAUTAM. The first case manager was very diligent but AMIT was very lazy, ignored files for days, no communication, whenever I asked for updates he was on leave, always slacking on job, was not able to explain my doubts, filled my application incorrectly and did basic mistakes, had to review multiple times. I have mails for proof. Also he doesn't know how to screen share, while making payment he shared all his clients sensitive info like emails, phone number, country etc. Yes I waited for the review hoping I will spare him if for accepted but here I am. You can go with them but don't choose AMIT GAUTAM. I complaint about his lack of responses on email and asked tor refund mid way but nothing was done.
I have been associated with Visas Avenue since a long time and so far got disappointed only because of non professional attitude of the staff. Case managers who were assigned to me were not having proper knowledge and they didn't even care for my case. Last year, I reinitiated my application with them and this time too no experienced case manager was assigned to my case who will understand the depth of the situation and handle the case seriously. On escalation, they assigned a senior person named Rajesh, who took my case seriously and put all the efforts to make my skill assessment a successful case in the first hand. I am deeply thankful to him for understanding the severity of my case and guide me throughout in each step.
I applied for an Australian visa and received approval within just 7 days. Earlier, I had applied on my own and unfortunately faced a refusal. Later, one of my friends referred me to Visas Avenue, and I contacted them for assistance. Initially, my application was handled by Ms. Hema Shukla, who later transferred my case to another case manager. He managed my case very professionally and demonstrated strong knowledge of the visa process. He carefully reviewed my previous application and clearly explained the mistakes I had made earlier. From that point onward, I felt confident and reassured about my application. Overall, I had a very good experience with Visas Avenue in processing my visa application. I highly recommend Visas Avenue for all kinds of visa services.
We must have committed a mistake trusting Visa Avenue with our life-changing decision. We paid a huge price — financially and emotionally — for relying on your agency with our hard-earned money and precious time. Once the payment was made, there was no follow-up, no accountability, and no regular communication from your side. We chose Visa Avenue assuming they would at least handle documentation diligently and keep a check on important records. Unfortunately, they failed miserably. Our PTE expired in March 2025 and EOI expired in May 2025, yet no one bothered to inform or remind us of these critical deadlines — something that forms the very core of their service. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The decision to go ahead with Visa Avenue remains one of our biggest regrets. We will make sure to create awareness among prospective clients to stay away from Visa Avenue and avoid going through same ordeal.
