We had a very disappointing experience with this consultancy. Initially, they showed great interest in helping with my sister Vandana’s Canada PR application. However, this interest lasted only until we made the payment of ₹70,000 on July 10, 2022. We gave all required documents. After receiving the payment, the communication and support drastically declined. Despite repeated follow-ups by my husband and my sister with the branch manager, Mr. Satish Reddy Kandi, we received only vague excuses — such as low IELTS scores or other unclear reasons — for the lack of progress.They recommended to apply student visa. They neither worked actively on the application nor offered any refund. It became clear that they were not committed to providing the service we paid for. Please be cautious before making any payments to this consultancy. We submitted all the required documentation—including bachelor's and master's degree transcripts, along with work experience records—to the team consisting of Mr. Satish Reddy Kandi (branch manager), Jyothi Battala, Rajeshwari, Pravin Kalase, and Nasreen Begum. Initially, they were responsive, but once we asked them to proceed with filing the application, they began citing flimsy excuses—like low IELTS scores and other vague reasons. Eventually, they suggested switching to a student visa instead. We declined this change and requested a refund, which they outright refused. This shift in approach led to long delays and zero progress. Despite numerous follow-ups, they never created even a basic immigration profile. Mr. Satish Reddy Kandi maintained contact only until the payment was made; afterward, all communication from their team completely stopped. The conduct of Visas Avenue Consultancy reflects a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. They failed to uphold their responsibilities and showed no accountability. I had applied for my daughter-in-laws spouse visa . I would like to thank Mr. AmitKumar , who was handling the case . He guided us through all the steps and paperwork and found him truely professional . After completing the paperwork and submission , i received the visa in approximately four months . My sincere thanks to the staff involved in my case . Wishing them the best for the future . Visa avenue is fraud. They took 70k from me fooled and done timepass for 2 years. And sales representative are changing like whether. Especially Shabbir is using sugar coated language before you make a payment, later he dont lift you phone too. Also their escalation team is useless they are employed only to close the case nothing else. Also they took all signatures from your side, and their signature they dont share or dont do in agreement. Any time you ask they will talk abt terms and conditions in agreement. Hence till you get a score in IELTS dont go for Visa Avenue, in face Yaxis is better than them, go with them.

Jyoti was incredibly professional, thorough, and detailed in explaining every step of the process. She made sure I understood all the requirements and took the time to address any concerns I had. She is earnest. Murad’s advice from the start was spot on and is deeply appreciated. He is sincere and always available for consultation. Overall, both Jyoti and Murad made a potentially stressful process much easier, and I’m very grateful for their support. I highly recommend their services. Big Frauds ! They looted 70k from me and my husband and in the end they told us to achieve perfect IELETS then only our EE profile will be created. Why these things were not cleared before the payment. Upon asking for creating EE profile atleast , they bluntly refused. When we asked for refund , they refused and the sales manager was so rude. On top of that now when we have achieved the scores and experience now they are asking 45k to reopen the case. They didnt provide satisfactory services. When you call them they talk rudely and refuse to refund our money saying that the case is closed. If same was the case then why didnt they inform before looting money from us. Additionally the sales manager is so rude that they blame you for everything. Useless staff , Lack of knowledge , lack of human ethics. Please never ever fall for this agency. They take your money and then they make excuses and talk to you rudely.
