Very bad experience from Visas Avenue. The marketing officer will call the candidate everyday until we pay the fees and sign the contract. After that only the real story starts. The institution just creates the Express entry profile and nothing else. They never explain the PNPs suitable for us and other possibilities. Also they enquire about the candidate once in two or three months. Also they reply for an email after so long. They just want the candidate’s money and nothing else. They might help for student VISAS which is quite straight forward . They are really a failure for anything else.
Our experience with Visas Avenue was incredibly frustrating. From the beginning, we felt misled by their team. The staff lacked the necessary knowledge, and the customer service was poor with little to no follow-up. Their processes were outdated, and there was no clear plan for handling our PR case. We were left feeling unsupported, with case managers who seemed uninterested in our case. What’s worse, Visas Avenue appeared to prioritize their fees over genuinely helping clients. We ended up handling much of the process ourselves. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone—they’re unprofessional and not trustworthy. A total waste of time and money.

Back in 2019-2020, I had couple of meetings with other visa consultants that left me feeling not confident. Since my first meeting with your colleagues over the phone I knew that I was dealing with people who are highly professional in what they does. You knew all the answers to my questions and right away offered different ways to deal with my visa options. I would like to appreciate Jyoti for her excellent service and her timely correspondence over any queries or concerns raised by immigration over my application. I must say she is a highly qualified and gem to visas Avenue. I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for an immigration assistance.
I had change of case manager several times until I was assigned with Jyoti Singh. She is professional with her approach, never in a hurry, compassionate and very helpful case manager. She keeps me informed about the developments promptly and gives right advice. I wanted to given 5 of 5 stars for Jyoti, but since this review is for overall rating for Visas Avenue, 4 stars becomes more appropriate. Most important, all the process are lengthy when it comes to visa services as it depends on the local authorities in the country you apply for. Hence your patience will be tested.

Her approach was both friendly and professional, which reassured me that I was being taken care of properly. She carefully completed the necessary paperwork, gave regular progress reports, and made sure that everything was submitted correctly and promptly. Her meticulous attention and dedication to follow through ensured a smooth experience from start to finish. Jyoti's skills made me feel relaxed, as I knew my application was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared about the result. Both Priti and Jyoti displayed professionalism, dedication, and efficiency throughout the entire process. They made a typically stressful and overwhelming experience much easier to manage. Throughout the entire process, I experienced constant support, resulting in a successful visa application due to their teamwork. I strongly urge you to consider Visas Avenue and I am extremely grateful for the outstanding efforts of Priti Kanojia and Jyoti Singh. My experience with Visa Avenue was nothing short of a nightmare. They lure you in with false promises and misleading information, all in the name of getting you to pay. Mr. Harbinder Singh, in particular, is like a venus fly trap who will say anything to convince you that your profile is good, and you should use their services of immigration He will even say that your CSR score is low, but there are the provincial draws, and you can be selected there, this all is false, you need a very high CSR scores for that as well. He says this just for the money, even though your profile will not be that good, and it will be difficult to actual have your profile selected. Please research yourself, do not let these con artist scam you by saying that your profile is good and there are chances of it being selected.
I recently worked with Visas Avenue for my study visa and SOWP for my wife, I was very happy to know that they were the only consulting agency in Delhi who were willing to apply our files together as opposed to other agencies who offers to apply files 6 months apart. other than that i got to work with Dolly Das, after few months in the process as our previous agent of Visas Avenue left the agency with no notice whatsoever, but after that Dolly took our cases in our hands and after the brief description of our case, she helped us get through the process. Her attitude towards the whole process was very positive and she always kept us motivated even when the results were being late from the government. Thanks You Dolly Das, for your exceptional services through out the process.
I am extremely disappointed with their services. First, they lure you in with guaranteed visa schemes, then they hound you daily until you pay them. After you make the payment, their behavior becomes incredibly unprofessional - they never answer your calls or respond to your emails. Visa Avenu is a bunch of fraudsters and I strongly advise against paying them for their services. My case is being handled by Miss Nidhi Masih. She never bothers to call you or respond to your case. I do not recommend them to anyone.
